In the large 9x5 metre private saltwater pool, heated to 1.90 m, you can enjoy the southern French sun on beautiful sunbeds (designed by Jati & Kebon). The entire villa is available for your sole use during your stay. The property is not visible and is largely fenced. You can access your accommodation via the driveway through a large electric gate.The villa was completely renovated in 2022 and presents itself in the casual and chic Riviera Maison style. Numerous design elements and the carefully used materials in the house give you the "cosy" feeling of having arrived here.The house has all the comfortable features such as air conditioning, outdoor barbecue (Napoleon), fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, UHD TV incl. The Gorges du Verdon invite you to go hiking, swimming, kayaking, rafting and much more.The Mediterranean coast can be easily reached by car in about 45 minutes. The Gorges du Verdun are 50-60 minutes away.Montferrat is a picturesque village in the south of France. Here you will find a small supermarket, a café and a bakery.
