In a semi-detached chalet, duplex apartment of 85 m2 (including approximately 15 m2 under the slope) + a ski room area in the garage and an outdoor parking space. The apartment includes: a small entrance, a living room/kitchen, a laundry area, two bathrooms, two bedrooms + a dormitory. The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed, two bedside tables, a desk and a wardrobe/closet. The second bedroom includes a 140 cm bed and two bedside tables + built-in closet. The dormitory includes a 140 double bed and two 90 single beds (one on the mezzanine). The bedding is completely new. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer and crockery for 8 guests (double equipment). The living room area includes a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV (including Orange BOX) and 3 stools. WIFI, washing machine and dryer included. The chalet is on the edge of the forest, at the foot of paths leading to Lake Montriond and close to the village center. Furnished and equipped for 8 people maximum Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price.
