This superb two-bedroom apartment, located on the 1st floor of a new residence with an elevator, offers a comfortable stay for 4 to 6 people. Ideally situated in the heart of the village and at the foot of the Morzine-Les Gets slopes, the apartment features a spacious entrance, a living room with an open kitchen, and a dining area. The lounge area is equipped with a sofa bed (140x200) and opens onto a balcony with a view of the Pleney slopes. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200) with access to a balcony, plus a shower room and WC. The second bedroom is equipped with two single bunk beds (80x200) and a single bed (90x200), along with a bathroom and WC. Additional amenities include a cellar with a shoe dryer, as well as a private parking space with narrow access (ideal for small cars). The main parking entrance allows access for vehicles up to 2.20 meters in height. For those with electric vehicles, there is a connection for charging in the basement parking. The apartment is fully equipped with sheets and towels, and beds are made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is included, but a deposit and tourist tax are payable on arrival. The residence also provides easy access to the slopes, and guests benefit from being a Summer Multipass member, granting access to a variety of local activities during the warmer months.
