NOTRE DAME is a spacious one bedroom apartment with a breathtaking view of the main avenue of Nice, avenue Jean-Médecin.

Decorated in a modern style it will seduce you by the impression of opening the living room to the outside.
This apartment offers a retro side thanks to the different vintage photos of Nice and the nice collection of old cameras presented.
It is fully open to the outside with a large corner balcony skirting the kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Air conditioning and a free WIFI connection are provided. All the windows are double-glazed.

You will be located on the 6th and last floor (with elevator) with a splendid clear view on the city center of Nice. Part of the view also overlooks the architecture of Notre Dame Church just opposite.

"NOTRE DAME" has an exceptional location in the heart of Avenue Jean-Médecin which is the main shopping avenue of Nice. All the must-see places of the city are just a few steps from the apartment: the "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city), the Old Nice and its local specialties and the Promenade des Anglais and its numerous beaches.

The tramway allows you to reach the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches in a few minutes.

NOTRE DAME is laid out as follows:

BALCONY:
The balcony has 2 tables and outdoor chairs, so you can enjoy breakfast in the sun.

LIVING ROOM :
The very bright living room includes a comfortable corner sofa with direct view of the view. It is equipped with a large TV stand, a flat screen TV, a dining table that seats 4 people and air conditioning.

KITCHEN:
The semi open kitchen is equipped with all of the following: a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment also offers other amenities such as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

BATHROOM :
The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a hairdryer, a towel holder and a toilet.

BEDROOM :
The room consists of a comfortable double bed with a thick high quality mattress of 20cm and a lot of practical storage.

Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
