SUNRISE TERRACE is a one bedroom apartment with air conditioning. It benefits from an exceptional terrace of 30m² where you can have your meals while admiring the horizon of the sea or sunbathe. INFORMATION: Please note that renovation work on a neighbouring flat will take place between November 2023 and March 2024. This may cause noise pollution, which we cannot anticipate as the work progresses. As a result, the price of the flat has been adjusted to compensate for any potential nuisance.
