SUNRISE TERRACE is a one bedroom apartment with air conditioning. It benefits from an exceptional terrace of 30m² where you can have your meals while admiring the horizon of the sea or sunbathe. It has an ideal location in the city center, 1 minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches.

The apartment has a Scandinavian decoration. The white walls and furniture give a sleek look and accentuate the brightness present in the apartment. The light parquet floor and the wooden furniture bring warmth for a cosy atmosphere.

INFORMATION: Please note that renovation work on a neighbouring flat will take place between November 2023 and March 2024. This may cause noise pollution, which we cannot anticipate as the work progresses. As a result, the price of the flat has been adjusted to compensate for any potential nuisance.

Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
