Attractive tree-bedroom apartment located in a historic building and close to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach
This property is located in a historic 17th century building in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Nice. The main staircase and overall preserved architecture is sure to please those in search of authenticity. The apartment is located on the 2th floor.
The living area is comprised of a Divan. There is also a television with VCR and DVD players. The living/dining room furnished with a round table and chairs.
In the kitchen you will find everything necessary for preparing meals including an oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer and microwave. There is washing machine in the apartment for your convenience.
You’ll have 3 large airy bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space. The other bedroom contains two single beds that can be pushed together, if you prefer. The third room is arranged of two beds. The 3 bedrooms are separated by two comfortable bathrooms with shower.
