Facing the sea and a stone's throw from Coco Beach, the apartment is located on the ground floor of a famous seaside residence in the Port district. It will easily accommodate two people and can accommodate a wheelchair.

You are a few minutes from the wonderful HYPE district "Place du Pin". A multitude of restaurants will satisfy all your desires. Futures, delicious bakery, wine merchant, cheese maker will welcome you to fill your baskets with food.
