This air-conditioned Loft-style apartment, luxurious and spacious, is ideal for exploring Nice and the French Riviera, with all the comfort expected for this quality of accommodation. Located in a recent building of very good standing, incomparable to take advantage of the best that Nice has to offer.
FLOOR / BUILDING
This rental apartment is on the 5th floor of a recently built building in the heart of the old town with a lift which can accommodate six people and is large enough for a stroller.
A few steps from Place Garibaldi, this apartment is about ten minutes’ walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. Leaving your residence, you will have direct access to the old town, from the stop of two tram lines. The train station is also just a fifteen-minute walk away. Therefore, this rental apartment is perfect, in the heart of all the best that Nice has to offer.
LIVING-ROOM
This bright room has a bay window opening onto the terrace. The large living room is furnished to a high standard of comfort, including a three-seater sofa and an armchair, a coffee table. All in the spirit of the workshop, a multitude of lamps, in an ultracontemporary decoration. A television, a broadband connection and a wide range of international channels complete its comfort.
TERRACE
The large terrace is so well furnished that you will decide to spend most of your time there. The large living room will welcome you to take your aperitifs and your meals, while being able to remain stretched out on the sunbathing areas. The large barbecue will host your feasts at the Cours Saleya market. The large table can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. At nightfall, a subtle play of lights will carry you away towards the end of the evening.
The open-plan kitchen is so well equipped with a built-in oven, fridge / freezer, 4 hotplates and extractor hood that the return to the market will be a real pleasure. A rectangular glass table with seating for four - although we thought most light meals will probably be eaten on the patio.
BEDROOM
Like the rest of the apartment, the bedroom has been decorated with care and attention. You will enjoy your sleep in a very comfortable double bed and its two bedside tables with their lamps to immerse yourself in your reading. A large double wardrobe, all mirrored will give you ample storage space for your wardrobe for your night out. The bedroom is also tastefully furnished for its furniture, including its armchair. There is enough space for a baby cot which you can order from us on your arrival.

The modern bathroom is fully tiled and has a walk-in shower, sink with storage underneath.
