BEACH ROYAL is a nice apartment with one bedroom. It has an ideal location in the city center 1 minute walk from the sea and 3 minutes walk from the famous pedestrian zone. The south facing balcony will allow you to take a glass of rosé in a quiet place.

The apartment has a modern decoration. The walls and white furniture give a sleek and airy style embellished by the moldings on the ceiling.

Being set back from the street, you will enjoy being in a quiet place in the city center. Fully equipped, you will appreciate its layout, which makes the space welcoming and good to live.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator. It benefits from free Wi-Fi (optical fiber) and is air conditioned in the living room.

BEACH ROYAL is ideally located in the Carré D'Or in the city center.
All the must-see places in the city are within a 10-minute walk of the apartment:
- The pedestrian zone and its restaurants
- The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches

- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)
- Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)
You will also be close to a tram stop that will allow you to visit the entire city easily.

A few meters from the apartment, you will find bus stations and bike stations Blue, allowing you to move easily throughout Nice.
