INFORMATION: Please note that painting work on the stairwell will take place from September to December 2024. This may cause noise pollution, which we cannot anticipate as the work progresses. As a result, the price of the apartment has been adjusted to compensate for any possible nuisance.
SUN DECK TERRACE is a superb two-bedroom flat with a magnificent top-floor terrace and open views over the city of Nice and its hills.
Located in the Port district and just a few minutes' walk from Place Garibaldi and Vieux Nice, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends. You will be charmed by its colourful decor and its facilities, which will provide you with all the comfort you need for a successful stay.
