It is located on the 1st floor with a lift. The apartment has a large 25 m2 circular terrace, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera.

Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. Fully equipped living/dining room with TV, French windows opening onto the terrace which is equipped with a dining area.

2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds. 1 shower room with toilet and a separate 1 toilet with a hand basin.

NB: access to the swimming pool and tennis courts is extra.
