This holiday rental offers unique amenities and a panoramic sea view over Nice and the Bay of Angels.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a lift, and benefits from a large 60m2 terrace, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera.

Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. Completely equipped living/dining room with TV, French windows opening onto the terrace which is equipped with a dining area.

2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 4 90cm beds (2 bunk beds), 1 shower room with a separate toilet.

NB: access to the swimming pool and tennis courts is at an additional cost.
Rate of €50/week per person for access to the swimming pool and clubhouse.
Please send us your ID photos in advance for the preparation of the pool cards before your arrival.
