The residence, which only opened in 2021, has around 60 modernly furnished houses with individual pools and is located 6 km from Sables d'Olonne and near the Olonne state forest, which you can ride on foot or explore by bike. In summer, a free shuttle bus runs to Sauveterre Beach, 2.5 km away (supervised from mid-June to mid-September). Les Sables d'Olonne, France's second largest seaside resort, is not only the starting point of the VendÉe Globe sailing regatta that takes place, but also for the 3 km long Grand Plage beach with the finest sand and the maritime tradition. Formerly the summer residence of French nobles, the site is now famous for its fishing and water sports. In the district of La Chaume you will find the traditional low houses and narrow streets, such as the Rue de l'Enfer, which is only 50 cm wide. In addition to the beautiful old town, shops, restaurants, a marina, casino and water sports offer a wide range of leisure activities.
