Freshly renovated in 2018, bright, comfortable, modern furnishings with a beautifully landscaped, spacious terrace in a tiny pedestrian cul-de-sac with three entrances. The 2 km long sandy beach of Pors Carn, which is guarded in summer, can be reached quickly on foot along the adjacent hiking trail along the sea. Otherwise you drive 2 minutes by car. The sandy beach of La Torche, well-known by wind and kite surfers for a long time, is in the extension of the beach of Pors Carn. Every year in October the World Windsurfing Championship takes place here. Every Friday is the weekly market.St. Guenolé belongs to the commune of Penmarch on the extreme south-western tip of Quimper and is the fifth largest fishing port in France, where most of the sardines are landed. In the evening you can admire the sunset on the terrace of the small harbor bar or take an evening stroll to the impressive lighthouse of Eckmühl (Phare d'Eckmühl).
