The location, tranquility, and sunlight are key factors for a successful stay. The house is south-facing, Ker House is a property of high comfort, with 4 bedrooms out of 5 in addition to the living room with a sea and beach view. Ideal for family or friends vacations and enjoying Brittany. Bréhec Beach is a paradise for both adults and children, with a vast beach, particularly suited for young children (a sailing club is located at the foot of the house). The proximity to Paimpol, the island of Bréhat, the Trieux estuary, and the GR34 coastal path (which passes right in front of the house) ensures a successful vacation in a place that you don't visit by chance. It’s the starting point for many excursions. The house was completely renovated in 2021 by a renowned decorator. The photos have not been updated to surprise the tenants. The spirit of the house has been preserved, but the quality has been further improved. You will be welcomed by a person of Swiss-German origin who will help you plan your stay and will be in charge of welcoming you. You can enjoy 2 very large terraces for dining, relaxing, etc., with a gas barbecue, garden table, 12 chairs, and a parasol. Like on a boat: All living rooms face the sea/port/beach. The ground floor, approximately 100 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: a living room with a fireplace + a dining room with a very large table + a bar, a large flat-screen TV; next to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen + a large utility room with all the necessary equipment for large meals or hosting. Upstairs, you will find 4 cozy bedrooms facing the sea, with one additional room available upon request. From your bed, you will enjoy the view, just like being on a boat. The beach is located at the foot of the house. There is also a sailing school at the bottom of the house and 2 restaurants. The city of Paimpol is 9 km away, and Saint-Quay-Portrieux is 12 km away. The island of Bréhat is a 20-minute drive. You must absolutely visit Portrieux and Lézardrieux. This house is particularly popular with German, Dutch, Belgian, and English clients.
