Small premium cottage, a nugget by the sea

House:
This small holiday home with a terrace in front and a fantastic view of the sea offers a top location and premium comfort. The furnishings are more than comfortable for two people: a tasteful living area with sea views, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and two bathrooms. Another plus is the private car parking space in front of the accommodation. The sea, the picturesque harbour and a small bay are right on the doorstep. The crêperie Les Embruns (with a terrace facing the sea) just a few steps away offers particularly delicious crêpes and galettes. The eight beaches belonging to the municipality are located at the eastern end of the bay of Morlaix and are spread over 17 kilometres of coastline. In addition to wide sandy beaches, which are supervised in summer, you will also find small, sheltered bays. Plougasnou is located on the border between the two departments of Finistère and Côtes d'Armor. An ideal, central location for attractive excursions to both regions: to the west is the pretty little town of Morlaix, the picturesque spa and harbour town of Roscoff and the seaside resort of Carantec, while the fantastic Pink Granite Coast with the popular seaside resort of Perros Guirec begins just a few kilometres to the north-east.
