This charming semi-detached house on the harbour of Terenez offers a top location. The absolute highlight is the large terrace in front, with fantastic views of the harbour and the sea. Another plus: the private car park at the side of the house. A small bathing bay is right on your doorstep. An ideal location for your Brittany holiday with swimming, hiking, mussel hunting and, for gourmets, a large selection of excellent crêpes and galettes offered in the Crêperie Les Embruns just a few steps away. The eight beaches belonging to the municipality are located at the eastern end of the bay of Morlaix and are spread over 17 kilometres of coastline. In addition to wide sandy beaches, which are supervised in summer, you will also find small, sheltered bays. Plougasnou is located on the border between the two departments of Finistère and Côtes d'Armor. An ideal, central location for attractive excursions to both regions: to the west is the pretty little town of Morlaix, the picturesque spa and harbour town of Roscoff and the seaside resort of Carantec, while the fantastic Pink Granite Coast with the popular seaside resort of Perros Guirec begins just a few kilometres to the north-east.
