The house is comfortably furnished and inspires with bright rooms, open stone walls and a cozy, central fireplace that is visible from both the living room and the kitchen. The enclosed garden property offers you a 1,500 sqm area with pretty flowers and palm trees. In just two minutes you can reach the fine sandy beaches by car, here you can walk across the Wadden Sea to the marina at low tide. If you don't want to keep to the tides on your hikes, you can also get to the village via the coastal paths. The municipality of Plouguerneau has 18 km of coastal hiking trails that lead past fine sandy beaches, rugged rock formations and picturesque small bays, as well as a wide range of water sports. In summer there are many festivals and exhibitions in the vicinity, e.g. B. the Algae Festival in August. A major attraction is the lighthouse on the Ile Vierge of the same name. At almost 83 m, the lighthouse is the tallest stone lighthouse in Europe.
