The sheltered location in the great Bay of St. Malo, Mont St. Michel and the Channel Islands Jeursey /Geurnsey and at low tide some several hundred meters deep strand are ideal for holidays with children. At the same time Plouha is an ideal starting point for trips to explore some of the most charming historic towns , natural monuments and cultural heritage of Brittany. Plouha is known as a popular residence for retirees , but also for families with children. And popular because of the traditional festivals " Fest Noz " with music and dances in Breton tradition. This detached, modern, but tailored in style villa with sea views is a non-smoker house. It is quietly situated in a nature reserve of the " Pointe de Plouha ", the highest point of the cliffs of the Côtes d'Armor, in a small hamlet with almost exclusively traditional stone houses ( quiet cul de sac - no through traffic) .
