Modern and tastefully renovated, typical Breton stone house with a spacious terrace area. Small but nice! And very comfortable, since both bedrooms have their own bathroom, just like in a hotel. The gated plot is in a quiet rural location just minutes from the beautiful coastal areas. An ideal starting point for excursions along the north coast of Brittany: to the west the Finistère, here the port of Roscoff and the Bay of Morlaix are worth a visit, to the east the popular seaside resort of Perros-Guirec with a variety of leisure activities, numerous water sports, casino, restaurants and pleasant creperies.Ploumilliau is located southwest of Lannion, not far from the coast, surrounded by centuries-old forests, chapels, villas and castles such as the Château du Cruguel or the Château de Kergrist. In the small town of St. Michel-en-Greve to the west you can reach the first natural sandy beach, ideal for sand yachting, kite surfing and horseback riding. The most beautiful beaches are in the north-east, popular seaside resorts of Trebeurden, Tregastel and Perros Guirec. Saturday is market day in Ploumilliau. Here you can buy Breton artichokes and fresh fish on site.
