Nice holiday home in a top location with a wonderful view of the offshore estuary. The 2,500 square meter garden property is located in the hinterland of the Goëlo coast, a little away from the small village. Enjoy the quiet location, just a few minutes' drive from the first sandy beaches and the lively harbor towns of Lézardrieux and Paimpol. From Paimpol, a tourist train runs along the scenic Trieux River. Nature lovers will be delighted with a trip to the flower island of Bréhat, where you can discover varied flora and fauna. In the nearby forest, Bois de Penhoat Lancerf, you can make beautiful walks. The popular seaside resorts of Binic and Saint-Quay-Portrieux offer a wide range of leisure activities and numerous beautiful white sandy beaches. In spring and summer, many traditional festivals take place nearby, e.g. B. the popular festival of sea shanties in Paimpol.
