An ideal haven of peace for 8 people. with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All on the hillside, not overlooked, with a bird's eye view of the sunrise. Magic ! Outside, it is enchantment. A view without nuisance, nor opposite and absolute calm to enjoy the various terraces with garden furniture and parasols: a terrace with a view of the rising sun near the kitchen for breakfast (a treat!), a solarium terrace with sunbeds and cushions, deck chairs, resin garden furniture with cushions, parasols... And finally, the sheltered terrace near the swimming pool. On one side the Tarn et Garonne in which it is located, with the Château de Gramont, the baroque church of the chapel, the honey museum, Beaumont de Lomagne, Castelsarrasin... And on the other, the north of Gers and the pretty town of Lectoure, perched on its rocky outcrop with its village of jugs, Fleurance and its hamlet of stars. The landscapes are hilly, the small roads numerous. A perfect terrain for sports bike enthusiasts. Concerning the nearby amenities, a contact crossroads is available in the village located 4 km away, as well as a pharmacy, a service station, butcher, bakery with the added bonus of an excellent gourmet restaurant based on Quercy truffles... Minimum stay of 2 nights. Except July and August: 7 night minimum. From Saturday to Saturday. Bed linen and towels included (pool towels not included). Beds made on arrival. End of stay cleaning is included. However, the house must be returned in good order. The kitchen needs to be tidied up and your bins taken away.
