Our accommodation is not a hotel but an apartment with old-fashioned charm designed to offer you a great experience: - Located a stone's throw from the Ramblas and close to the metro, the apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence. - A friendly living room with high table and high bar, 2-seater sofa, coffee table, storage space, television (public channels) and high-speed wifi (fiber). - A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, kitchen utensils, set of pots and pans, espresso coffee maker (pods not provided), washing machine (detergent not provided). - A large bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), plenty of storage space and bed linen provided. - A neat bathroom with a shower, a large sink, storage space, a heated towel rail and WC. Appreciate the charm of the old combined with tasteful renovation and decoration, live an experience like no other! The entire apartment is heated in winter (19° maximum in the room) and air-conditioned in summer (24° minimum in the room). Traveler access You will be able to enjoy the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay. Although renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment has elements of the old one (worn parquet flooring with traces, impacts and stains on cupboards and appliances, slightly hard sliding door, some defects in places...). Thorough cleaning and storage of dishes is the responsibility of each traveler. Systematically ventilated, disinfected and sanitized and despite the formal ban on smoking, a residual odor of tobacco may be smelled.
