Description

This holiday house is in Rians, on a 1200m² south-facing plot of land with mature trees. It is quietly situated at the end of a private road, in an area surrounded by abundant greenery. Owing to this quiet location near nature, in a typical Provençal village, it is an ideal holiday residence for those seeking peace and quiet and for nature lovers. The house is surrounded by a beautiful plot of land with mature trees. In the garden there is a shaded sitting corner under a big oak tree, inviting you to enjoy sitting together and dining outdoors. You can cool off in the lovely 10 x 5m pool on hot summer days. The 98m² house has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom and can accommodate six people comfortably. The generous living room provides a beautiful fireplace, with a cosy dining space next to it. Big glass doors allow plenty of light into the room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern household appliances, such as a stove, microwave and dishwasher. All three bedrooms have comfortable double beds. The bathroom has a bath. The WC is separate. A cot can be provided free of charge on request. The village has shops, restaurants and medical services. Every Friday morning there is a weekly market. There are lots of hiking possibilities in the area. It is also not far to the “Parc du Verdon” nature reserve with its famous gorges and to the beautiful villages of the Luberon area. The region also has plenty to offer culture enthusiasts. Aix-en-Provence, the town of art and culture, is just a 35-minute drive away and invites you to go for a stroll.
