Description
This holiday apartment is located in the town of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin between Menton and Monaco. It is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building with an elevator in a quiet location. The apartment faces south west.
From the living room, a glass door grants access to the furnished balcony. Additionally, there is a sun terrace with mountain and ocean views. In front of the apartment building is a community pool (25 x 10 meters) with an outdoor shower. In front of the pool, there is an area with sun loungers and sun shades.
The 31 m² apartment was renovated in 2013 and accommodates four to five people. It boasts a bedroom with a bunk bed for three. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two and a television. It also offers a table for four. The kitchen is equipped with a hot plate, a microwave with an integrated mini oven, a refrigerator and kitchen appliances. The bathroom has a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin.
Shopping facilities, restaurants and public transport can be found in a 100 meter diameter. Bus 100 services the entire French Riviera from Nice to Cannes at a reasonable price. We highly recommend taking some day trips. The beach is only 100 meters from the apartment. A laundromat can be found 400 meters from the property.
The apartment does not have internet access, but internet cafes can be found nearby. There is also a washing machine.
