Very pretty one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning, fully equipped, located in the Premium 4 * Les Calanques Residence with Restaurant and Thalassotherapy Center.


The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a 9m² covered terrace, equipped with 1 table + 4 chairs but also a sun lounger. The terrace overlooks the outdoor garden and provides direct access to the residence's seawater swimming pool.

1 parking space is included with the apartment, very useful in summer, you will not have to turn to find a space or pay extra for parking!


You can be pampered in the Thalassotherapy Center * or simply enjoy its SPA (Jacuzzi, hammam, etc.)

Possibility of taking half board at the restaurant of the Residence, breakfast + dinner at the restaurant.


The residence also has a laundromat open 24/7.

Sleeping level it has 2 80x190 beds in the bedroom but also a 160x200 bed in the Living room (large sofa bed)

The apartment is located on the garden level.

It has a covered terrace of approximately 9m² equipped with a table with extension, 4 garden chairs, 1 lounge chair, a clothes dryer and a metal cabinet secured with a padlock.

Direct access to the outdoor garden of the residence and to the private swimming pool of the residence from the terrace.

This terrace has no vis-à-vis.
