The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a villa and has a private section of garden. The villa is only about 400 metres from the beach and about 800 metres from the town centre, so everything is within convenient walking distance. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed 160 cm wide, a dining table and a cooking corner, a bedroom with a double bed 140cm wide and a large wall cupboard, and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The cooking corner is full-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. You can make yourselves comfortable in the living room in front of the 107cm flatscreen TV. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The apartment will be cleaned and santised before each arrival. All the rooms have heating. The living room has a double door out into the garden with garden furniture, a gas grill and deckchairs for your own exclusive use. There are two car parking spaces on site. The apartment is ideally situated for spending a relaxing seaside holiday on the Cote d’Azur. The du Pébrier beach is only about 400 metres away and the town centre is also within easy reach, with restaurants, cafés, bars and all everyday shops. After a long day on the beach or a siesta in the afternoon you can enjoy withdrawing to the garden or grilling in the evening.
