Situated on a little hill just before St-Florent, the residence enjoys a wonderful view over the sea of the whole gulf as far as the Agriates desert that is just in the front. At your shoulders you can catch the charm of the famous incontaminated nature of Patrimonio's vineyards with its old village. It is possible to go by foot to the beach and there is the possibility to reach the famous paradisiac beaches of white sand and clear water of Lotu and Saleccia by boat.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 4 beds, 2 low and 2 high which can be opened if necessary (they are the same used by the ferries). The small room does not have a window, but there is forced ventilation that changes the air continuously. Despite being a small room it is very comfortable and the 90 cm wide beds are very comfortable.The bathroom is large, in shades of the sea, and is equipped with a bidet, a large shower and a washing machine. Then there is a large living room overlooking the gulf and a spacious kitchen. Outside there is a large terrace with dining table and armchairs, which ends in a small swimming pool where it is wonderful to immerge yourself at the end of the day at sunset, looking at the sea and enjoying a good Muscat
