The farm built in 1776 is in the little village of Keraudren. Nearby there is the centre of Saint Fildas Rhuys (a five-minute walk) and the fabulous Goh Velin beach. A cycle path runs past in front of the house. The holiday house for ten people with 150m² of living space comprises four big bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very big 66m² living room with an open kitchen, a dining corner and a lounge area. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house. The owner can provide four bicycles for use (for three adults and a young person). The fenced garden of around 300m², where you can grill, is an oasis of tranquility near the sea with its apple trees, hazelnut bushes and hydrangeas. There is also a 15m² terrace with the grill and garden furniture. The farm is on the Rhuys peninsula between the sea and the Gulf of Morbihan. It is in the little village Keraudren, just a five-minute walk from the village centre of St. Gildas and 800 metres from the beautiful Goh Velin beach. It is 5km (10 minutes by car) to the Gulf of Morbihan and 28km to the town Vannes. The climate is mild at any time of year and the revitalising sea air ensures a stress-free stay. In the centre of Saint Gildas there are many shops, restaurants and cafes that are open throughout the year and there is the big weekly market on Sunday. The Rhuys peninsula is also a true dream destination for hikers and cyclists. The following attractions are nearby: the Suscinio castle, the St. Gildas abbey, the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, the harbour.
