Description

Three holiday houses with a shared pool and a garden, in a little hamlet in the Ardèche The three terraced houses are in a quiet location in a little hamlet near St. Paul le Jeune (800 metres away), between Les Vans and St. Ambroix in the Département du Gard, on an enclosed site of around 500m². All three houses are for up to six people, although one of them can also accommodate another child. Two of the houses are old stone houses from the year 1930, which were renovated in 2004 and 2006. The third is an extension from the year 1980, also renovated (in 2012). All the houses have two bedrooms and two of the houses also have an additional sofa bed for two people in the living room. They also have a kitchen and a bathroom. Free wireless Internet access is available, as well as electric radiators in all the rooms and a washing machine in every house. There is digital TV in all three houses for entertainment. Each house has its own roofed terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is a shared pool with an outdoor shower and there is a garden with play equipment for children. The swimming pool is fenced off and accessed through a little electronic gate, so it is safe for small children if the gate is closed. Each house has two parking spaces. The hosues are in the beautiful sunny region oft he Ardèche, in a hamlet not far from St. Paul le Jaune (about 800 metres away), where you can find all the necessary shops and restaurants. Verry nearby there are the Chassezac gorges and places you can swim (about 10km away). The houses are the ideal starting point for exploring this lovely area with its gorges and wonderful nature. A welcome pamphlet informs you about all activities and events in the region.

The terraced house of around 100m² on two floors can accommodate up to six adults and one child. It has two bedrooms, of which one with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the other with a double bed width 140 cm and a loft bed (90 x 200cm). There is also a living room with a sofa bed for two further people. The bathroom has a shower and WC. There is a spacious kitchen-diner, fully-equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. You can dine at the dining table. You can enjoy meals on the roofed terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, from spring to autumn owing to the mild climate. 00702 007 280 16 0071
