Description

This spacious holiday home is located five kilometres from Uzès in a natural setting. Outside, in the pool area, there are sun loungers as well as outdoor furniture with two tables. The pool house boasts a toilet and a barbecue. There is a drying rack in the garage and outside. The enclosed garden is ideal for pets and children. The pool is surrounded by olive trees, flowers and vine. Generally, the pool is usable from mid-March through mid-October. The country manor has a 5000 m², fully enclosed garden, where you can pick fruits and veg when in season (grapes, apricots, figs, tomatoes). The 150 m² house was renovated, leaving beams and stones exposed. All rooms are south facing, except for the bathroom and the toilet, which face north. On the ground floor, you will find the bright living room with its two openings to the outside. It is furnished with a three seater sofa and two armchairs. To the right, you will find the fireplace, then the TV corner with international channels (German), the bookshelves with a stereo and the wooden staircase leading to the top floor. On the right, you will find the well equipped kitchen, furnished with a large table and all necessary appliances (refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a three burner gas stove and an electric burner, a large electric oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster). To the right of the kitchen, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and the bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. There are a total of three bedrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 160 cmbed and a spacious wardrobe. It offers access to a balcony which is furnished with a table and two chairs. The other two bedrooms offer two 90 cm beds each. One of them offers a large wardrobe with shelves. The other one has a wardrobe in the hallway. The bathroom boasts a bathtub. The toilet is separate. Discover the surrounding heather on the circular hiking and bicycling route near the house.
