You can explore Côte d'Azur and Eden Hill from here. Golf de L'Estérel and several othe golf courses are nearby for golf lovers to enjoy . The coastal resorts Fréjus with Aqualand water park and Saint-Raphaël and water sports are only 5 km away. The beautiful Esterel mountains are fun to explore by foot or bike. Mandelieu , Cannes, Saint-Tropez, and Saint-Raphaël with its daily evening market can be visited in a short drive. Sea is at 5 km to enjoy the sandy beaches. Town center and supermarket are only 1 km away. The terrace, plancha grill and sun loungers are perfect to relax outside. There is a TV with dutch channels in the living room and air conditioning is provided to keep you cool. Nice airport is 65 km away.

With the remote control you can open the main gate and the pedestrian gate can be opened with a code that you will receive in time.

General rules of conduct
The rules of conduct of the residence must be respected: noise (from 22.30 hrs no more noise / be quiet, the neighbours must be able to sleep undisturbed from then on), respect for the parking spaces and the ban on parking in front of the entranc-es, respect for cleanliness (windows, etc.). The residents of the residence assume a quiet, silent environment where calm prevails.

Container and Parking place
Next to the gate on the right you will find the container area, where you can de-posit your garbage. Plastic, paper and cardboard in the yellow container, all other waste in a sealed bag in the green container. It is not permitted to place rubbish bags, empty bottles or other items in front of the house.
Our parking lot is parking lot number 3. Each house has its own parking lot. It is not allowed to park in any other place.
The parking lot belonging to the house is on the right next to the path to the swim.

Smoking, pets, barbecue
Barbecuing is not allowed on the complex. In the house smoking is only allowed on the terrace (also take the neighbours into account). Pets are not allowed.

Household supplies
All available household goods may be used. On the day of departure, the washing machine and dishwasher must be emptied and left neat and tidy. The cooker and oven must also be left clean and tidy.

Lighting
Maybe one day a light needs to be replaced. In the closet in the dressing-room near the bedroom at the back (in the bottom drawer in the middle of the closet) is a number of spare lamps available.

Beds, pillows, duvets and towels
For reasons of hygiene, all mattresses are equipped with moltons, which are re-placed on Saturdays of departure by the cleaning lady, as well as the pillow mol-tons. In the cupboard in the dressing room there are 2 spare moltons and 4 spare pillow protectors, if you use them, please wash the previous one and put it in the cupboard. Tea towels, dish cloths and towels are available, but please wash as much as possible yourself so that the help gets the rest in 1 washing machine.
Furthermore, you must provide your own bed linen...
All kinds of herbs for the kitchen are available.

Swimming pool
The pool is located opposite the house, on the right side of the garages is the path to the pool. You may have to open the gate to the pool with the house key. The pool can be used between 9.00 am and 9.30 pm. At the pool is a regulation.
- The swimming pool is not guarded. Because it is 1.80 m deep everywhere, children are only allowed to swim under the supervision of their parents. Always close the fence behind you after you have entered.
- Shoes are forbidden around the pool, as well as smoking and eating.
- Also forbidden in the pool are balls, inflatable mattresses and boats, as well as a radio and other noise-causing devices.
- Use the footbath before entering the pool, leave the shoes outside.
- It's recommended that you do not reach the entrance of the pool without washing your feet first.
- Shower is compulsory before bathing.

Garden
The garden is regularly automatically watered. Leave the computers on the tap like this. Do not enter the gardens of the neighbours.

Fréjus
The historical centre of Fréjus: narrow streets with shops, terraces and restau-rants. Definitely worth a visit.Oud Romeins Amfitheater.

St. Raphaël
Market in St. Raphaël
Every Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Walking boulevard, runs from St. Raphaël to Fréjus with many shops and restau-rants (about 5 kilometres from the house).
There is a parking garage on the Quai Albert 1er, parking Bonaparte, 844 spaces and not too expensive, right opposite the Casino on the boulevard, with ample parking spaces.
From there, boat trips to St. Tropez, Ile Magarita and St. Honnorat are definitely worth the effort.
The Kennedy parking on the Place Kennedy has quite narrow parking spaces.

Estérel Massif
Mountains with lakes, walking and mountain bike trails.
About 4 kilometers from the house.

Lake Saint-Cassien
Beautiful inland lake with various water sports activities. Approximately 35 kilo-meters direction Fayence. Can be combined. Fayence is a village situated on a mountain. Follow motorway A8 direction Cannes. Take exit direction Fayence. Soon the lake is signposted.
Approximately 35 kilometers.


Grasse
The perfume city of France.
Nice to compose your own perfume in a Perfume Factory.
About 35 minutes drive from the house.

Nice
Visit the old town of Nice with its fantastic old small streets and the famous flow-er market.
Also a breathtaking boulevard, the Promenade des Anglais.

Cannes
Interesting shopping city with the dining street at the end left of the boulevard. Boulevard de la Croisette with its impressive hotels.
The drive from Agay along the Mediterranean Sea, the Corniche d'Or, is a must.

Roquebrune sur Argens
An old southern French town as it should be with also a beautiful golf course with various sea views. Approximately 15 minutes from the house, direction Sainte-Maxime.

Sainte-Maxime
Beautiful harbor with beautiful boats.
Nice center with shops, boutiques, restaurants, shops, beautiful boulevard.
Also here departure by boat to St Tropez (every fifteen minutes a boat).

Antibes
Beautiful old fortified town with beautiful authentic markets especially with art and antiques.
Thursday, fixed market day.
In the harbor are impressive boats.

Monaco
Definitely visiting, nice center and beautiful museums.
Luxury, good parking.

St. Tropez and Ramatuelle
St Tropez is known for its beautiful streets and phenomenal boats. The road to it is beautiful but very busy and takes a lot of time because of the traffic jams.
Try it by boat from St Raphael or from Sainte-Maxime.
If you go by car visit Port Grimaud as well as Grimaud.
On Tuesday morning and Saturday morning there is a market in St. Tropez.

The French Grand Canyon ,the Gorges Du Verdon
Very impressive, 700 meters rock face straight up, riverbed, waterfalls, caves. Highest point around 1400 meters. In the immediate vicinity is the large lake Le lac St. Croix . Distance 87 km.



St. Paul de Vence and Mougins
In these two beautiful places, where many artists stay, are many galeries. Here you will find a lot of art shops.
These old authentic villages are a pleasure to visit.


Gorges du Loup
These gorges are a bit smaller but not less beautiful.
The village of Gourdon is a jewel, the scenery is overwhelming.

Port Grimaud
Village in the water, small Venice, with many canals and near St Tropez.

Documentation
In the basket between the back window and the bench are leaflets and booklets for getting out.

Tourist office
In the centre of St. Raphaël there is a tourist information office (Syndicat d'Initia-tive) where you can find enough information for even more excursions inland.

Shopping
In the centre commercial du golf (1300 m) there are several shops.
In St. Raphaël is a large supermarket of Leclerc, is indicated, there you can also fill up more cheaply. There is also a Casino supermarket and the Super U both located on the Boulevard Jean Moulin.
Direction Puget / Le Muy is a large Carrefour with in the area numerous big stores, about 30 minutes.
