Description

This holiday house is half of a duplex house in Boulouris, which belongs to the municipality of Saint-Raphael. The house has its own garden and a terrace with a sea view. The ground floor has a dining room and a kitchen, while the two bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a bath. The house is suitable for a maximum of four people. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Electric radiators, a selection of Italian and French books and a map of the surroundings are available in the house. It is just 100 metres to the public beach, which is accessible free of charge and is cleaned daily by the municipal authorities. It also has an outdoor shower. It is just a two-minute walk to the Dramont beach and 2 km to reach its shops and bakery. The nearest town is Saint-Raphael seven kilometres away. There are boats from the harbour at Saint-Raphael to Saint Tropez and for exploring the Esterel coast. After ascending about half a kilometre behind the residence, hiking enthusiasts can explore the natural oases of the wild boar population on well indicated paths in the Esterel national park, where riding excursions are also offered. The riding stables are about a kilometre from the holiday house. It is ten kilometres to the town of Fréjus, where you can visit the Roman ruins (amphitheatre and aquaduct). The residence that the house belongs to is completely fenced. Guests staying at the residence receive a digital code for accessing the two swimming pools, of which one measures 25 x 10m. The tennis court is right in front of the house. There is a shared public parking area on the estate.
