House:
Typical Ardèche farmhouse completely renovated of 100m², with a large garden, a covered terrace and a large courtyard with a dining area under a vault, you can fully enjoy the fresh air with your family. 25 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Ardèche gorges, you can canoe or kayak down the river, visit the famous CHAUVET cave and many other geologically remarkable sites. Discover swimming and fishing spot 6 km away from the property. There are many hiking and mountain biking trails directly accessible from the house as well as exceptional sites such as the Bois de Païolive, the Brison Tower, the Gerbier des Jonc and many others! Many summer markets will punctuate your stay, in the village of Sanilhac on Sundays, Joyeuse 10 km away on Wednesdays, Les Vans 20 km away on Saturdays and in many other villages! The rental is on the 1st floor, you access through a hall open to the kitchen and the living room, the living room has direct access to a covered terrace. On the night side, a corridor serves the 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and 2 basins and a separate toilet. The inner courtyard allows you to store your bikes under cover. The accommodation is heated with a heat pump and a wood stove. The Wifi Internet connection present.
