Four holiday homes in a gorgeous natural setting ideal for a varied and relaxing holiday The complex consists of four adjacent holiday homes, imbedded in a setting of meadows and forests and offers amazing views over the nearby mountains. The spacious 44 hectare property houses the holiday homes, as well as the ruins of an old manor home, developed by the Cathar people. It is located at the foothills of the Pyrenees, southwest of Carcassonne in the inland of the Languedoc-Roussillon. The vicinity offers many beautiful options for day trips - during summer, as well as during the winter months. If you are a fan of nature, you will enjoy the numerous hiking, bicycling and mountain bike trails in the area. Motorbike tours, wild water rafting, skiing and extended bicycle trails - it is all here. Love to swim? Enjoy the clear waters and boat rental (11km) or the Mediterranean beaches within an hour's drive. Hungry for culture? Head to Mirepoix (20km) or Limoux (23km) for the carnival. Additional sites we highly recommend are: the fortresses in Queribus (80 km), Peyrepertuse (90 km) and Puylaurens (94 km) or the impressive church in Rennes-le-Château (39 km)as well as the famous old town of Carcassonne (Cité de Carcassonne - 47 km). The complex consists of one larger and three small holiday homes, each of which offers many amenities for a relaxing holiday. The houses can be rented individually or as a group. This makes this property appealing for family vacations, as well as seminars, holidays for a sport team or a company, workshops in a natural setting and generally for everybody who is looking for a little piece of heaven. The houses are 80 to 240 m² in size and consist of a spacious living room with a radio/television, wireless internet access and a modern, fully furnished kitchen, two to four bedrooms (each with a private en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and a toilet), a private patio, guest toilet, laundry room and heating. The largest house with 240 m² can accommodate a total of eleven guests in four bedrooms. The properties of 130 m² or 125 m² each can accommodate up to five people in two bedrooms. These two houses are at opposite ends of the property. Make the decision based on which view you prefer from your patio: the view of the Pyrenees or the forest .

This holiday house is located at the end of a property and is surrounded by a patio in front of and at the side of the house. From the patio in front of the natural stone wall, enjoy the gorgeous views over the Pyrenees and the property, as well as the community pool. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are available for your use and to enjoy al fresco dining. The house has about 130 m². It is made up of two bedrooms with single beds, which can be combined to make a double bed, two bathrooms with a shower and a toilet and an open plan living and kitchen area, as well as a separate guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with two adjacent single beds for two people and the second bedroom can accommodate three people in three single beds. Since the rooms are quite spacious, you can arrange the beds to your liking and needs. Both bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms with two shower baths with a toilet, sink and shower stalls. At the centre of the apartment is the open spaced living, dining and kitchen area. There is a comfortable, high-end sofa and three leather armchairs. A satellite television is available for cosy evenings in front of the TV. In a large nook of the room, there is a dining room table, which offers plenty of room for all guests on comfortable dining chairs. Behind the nook is the kitchen unit with a long counter space and all necessary appliances, such as a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an 80 litre freezer compartment and small appliances, such as a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and a coffee maker. Wireless internet access is available for your use.
