Description
This is a cute holiday house, which is a row house with a garden and a terrace, in the centre of a little village to the east of Tours, at the heart of France.
Spend a holiday together in one of two holiday houses opposite the other, with a modern interior and a terrace
In front of the house there is an interior courtyard with a grill. Two car parking spaces are provided.
The interior of the historical house from the year 1750 welcomes you with a modern style and comfortable furnishing. The living space of 40m² is on two floors. The ground floor has a shower room and an open living, dining and cooking area, comfortable seating and a little dining space, while the upper floor has an open bedroom under the sloping roof, as well as a separate WC. It has a double bed with one big mattress, with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. Next to it there is the separate WC. The kitchen downstairs has a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and two cooking rings for self-catering. You can sit at a folding dining table, or dine outdoors. Enjoy time relaxing after a day trip on two comfortable armchairs. A small flatscreen TV (satellite channels) mounted to the wall provides entertainment in the evening. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a washbasin.
There is a restaurant in the centre, just 100 metres from the house. The surroundings invite you to go on trips to explore the nature in the Loire valley. Forests, streams, lakes and castles are all in the vicinity. The town of Tours with Gothic buildings, the historical old town, Wilson Bridge and the imposing cathedral are 40km away.
Another special feature of this holiday accommodation, awarded two ears of corn by Gite de France, is that you can bring your pet with you at a supplementary charge and that the owner has another holiday house for four people available to let on the other side of the road. Therefore you can spend a holiday with the whole family or with friends.
