Located on the heights of Vars, the Hameau des Rennes residence is made up of charming chalets of 3 or 4 levels, and benefits from a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool. This hamlet is located at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlifts, thanks to the central elevator. Access to the underground parking at the bottom of the residence. This hamlet is located 200m from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, ski rental shops, etc. Free shuttle stop which runs every 15-20 minutes and serves the entire resort. The Forêt Blanche Agency offers you this 4-room duplex apartment of 60m² facing south-east and able to accommodate up to 8 people. It has a corner balcony with a view of beautiful mountains. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker and dishwasher. For sleeping, you will have a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and on the lower floor, another bedroom with two single beds, and finally a bedroom with a double bed. This accommodation has a shower room, and a bathroom with bathtub, for a relaxing moment after your favorite activities. There are toilets on each floor.   You will be located 200 meters from a restaurant, a sports shop and the Sherpa, but also from the start of a ski slope, and in summer from hiking trails. For your convenience, the accommodation has a ski locker in the residence from where you can leave and return on skis, as well as a private underground parking space. To access this car park, the road is not tarmacked, in winter, it is essential to have chains or snow tires. You can enjoy an indoor swimming pool in winter, and two swimming pools in summer (one indoor and one outdoor) in a magnificent setting surrounded by beautiful mountains. Access to this apartment is via an elevator then a staircase. The parking space is not adjacent to the building.
