The ground floor holiday flat is located in a semidetached home, built in 1900 in the centre of Villers-sur-Mer, across from the church and only 200 meters from the beach. The apartment has a large patio with outdoor furniture, which can be accesses from the living room; additionally, there is a 70 m² inner courtyard that is used solely by the residents of this apartment.
