Relax in this new, light and exclusive holiday apartment with a Mediterranean flair. The house is absolutely quietly situated on a cul-de-sac, bordering a nature reserve with a well-developed network of wildly romantic hiking trails spanning 50km. The apartment comprises a tasteful, sunny living and dining room on the south side with a natural stone terrace and a fabulous view of the lake, a romantic bedroom on the cooler side of the house with a double bed, two bedside tables, two reading lamps, a wardrobe, a clothes stand etc, a Philippe Starck bathroom, and a little kitchen for making breakfast and other small meals. Internet access and a flatscreen TV are available. The apartment has a separate entrance and a little lawn. There are a parking space and a bicycle stand right by the house. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the lake with a free beach where you can swim, a range of water sports such as sailing, surfing, waterskiing, boat hire and sailing and motorboat schools, as well as restaurants. In the historical town centre with many timber-framed houses you can find a good range of shopping facilities (with fresh bread rolls even on Sundays), doctors, a pharmacy, banks and a post office. There is a well-developed network of walking trails. During the main season you can only rent the accommodation for less than a week if there is a gap between two other bookings.
