The cosily designed flat has been furnished with attention to detail, is located on the ground floor, is barrier-free accessible and has a fully equipped sunny west-facing terrace with a view towards the mountains and Lake Chiemsee.A spacious living room in a feel-good ambience with fully equipped kitchen incl. fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher to indulge in culinary delights, dining area with real wood furniture, as well as a sofa bed and flat screen TV to relax on.The separate bedroom is furnished with sample ringwood furniture and has a large double bed and enough storage space is provided by the 2 metre wardrobe with mirrored doors. The large bathroom has been fitted with an extra-large barrier-free shower, towel warmer and large washbasin with illuminated mirror. A storage room has a washing machine, laundry rack, hoover and storage shelf. We look forward to welcoming you! Bed linen if required 10,-EUR p.p., final cleaning 30,-EUR.

Conditions and extras
The above prices do not include the visitor's tax of € 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 7 to 16 years: € 0,50. Children under 7 years: € 0,00 (1 April to 31 October) and € 0,40 per person/night for adults and children from 7 to 16 years. Children under 7 years: € 0,00 (1 November to 31 March) Note on payment: 20% deposit after booking. Final payment up to 14 days before arrival. You will receive payment details from the host by email after booking.Bed linen if required € 10,- p.p., final cleaning flat rate € 30,-.
