Your car can stay in the garage, just take the lift to the ground floor and after a few metres you will reach the drinks market and a grocery shop. If you do not want to cook yourself, you will find the café/bistro "mittendrin" two floors below, directly in our house.You can reach Lake Chiemsee in just a few minutes by bicycle, your own car and occasionally by bus shuttle.Fantastic hiking routes in an impressive mountain and natural landscape await you, nature lovers or hut enthusiasts will enjoy it. But sports enthusiasts can also try their hand at a wide variety of disciplines. Cycling, mountain biking, sailing, swimming, golf, tennis, climbing, paragliding, gliding or simply going for a walk. The list is long and seemingly limitlessly expandable.Limitless is also the keyword for an excursion to Berchtesgadener Land, nearby Tyrol or Salzburg. There is also a lot to see and experience there, so set off.In addition to all the active experiences, you will also find various music events, sights and other cultural events in the region. Here, tradition is still alive and well in many ways. Immerse yourself in the genuine "feeling of home" and visit a cultural event or a traditional festival here in the village or in the region.There is also plenty to do for your physical well-being. The light-flooded holiday flat has a generous room concept and the high-quality furnishings have been arranged with a lot of feeling and taste. Large glass and window surfaces let in a lot of light. The individual characteristics of the architecture are thus shown to their best advantage in this attic flat. A representative living and dining area with fully equipped open kitchen, two stylish and cosy bedrooms, a wellness bathroom and another bathroom with large shower, washstand, WC, tumble dryer and washing machine are available to you as a guest. The highlight of the flat is certainly its own wellness bathroom with combined bio-sauna/sauna and whirlpool. A paradise for wellness enthusiasts and relaxation seekers. Not to forget the two roofed balconies, which face SW and SE. There you can enjoy the rising sun in the morning and in the evening you can switch to the second balcony and enjoy the last rays of the sunset. Two parking spaces are available for our guests in the underground garage, from there it is only a few steps to the lift, which will take you to the entrance of the flat on the top floor. You can store your summer or winter sports equipment in the lockable cellar room. Bicycles can be stored in the storage room outside the complex.
