The holiday flat is in the centre of Übersee. There are various shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The train station (and bus stop) can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. This offers a direct connection to Munich or Salzburg. The south-east balcony offers idyllic mountain views of Hochgern and Hochfelln.

The holiday flat has a large and comfortable living room, approx. 32 square metres, with a height of up to 4 metres. South-east facing balcony (6sqm). Complete Hifi/TV (2 devices)/SAT/DVD/W-LAN equipment. High quality wooden furniture (mainly Voglauer furniture) and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave, freezer etc.). 2 bedrooms (each facing NW), which are separately accessible. Bathroom with bathtub and experience shower and WC are separate. Three fitness machines (powerful treadmill, abdominal trainer, back trainer). Underground parking space with lockable cellar compartment (e.g. for bicycle) and freezer. Kayaks (fixed and inflatable), SUP (Naish) and bicycles can be hired at a small extra charge. Rental of Harley-Davidson (best condition), V-Rod, 123 hp, under 100,- € per day. Smoking only on the balcony. Bed linen and towels included. Minimum stay 4 nights. Short stay with surcharge and weekend offers on request, accordingly also long-term occupancy.

Die genannten Preise sind zzgl. Kurbeitrag i.H.v. EUR 1,00 pro Person/Nacht für Erwachsene. Kinder von 7 bis 16 Jahren: EUR 0,50. Kinder unter 7 Jahren: EUR 0,00 (1. April bis 31. Oktober) und EUR 0,40 pro Person/Nacht für Erwachsene und Kinder von 7 bis 16 Jahren. Kinder unter 7 Jahren: EUR 0,00 (1. November bis 31. März)
