In our bedrooms you will find oases of retreat for your soul. On our large south-facing balcony you can enjoy sunbathing and the view of the Bavarian mountains. Our new bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub, and there is also a separate WC. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are included.Our flat is located in the heart of Übersee in the Upper Bavarian Chiemgau. Übersee offers countless possibilities for organising your holiday. From the steamer landing stage you can discover the Herreninsel with King Ludwig II's magnificent castle, or visit the "power place" Fraueninsel with the monastery and the Minster Church. Explore the Salzburg and Berchtesgadener Land. Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 7 to 16 years: EUR 0,50. Children under 7 years: EUR 0.00 (1 April to 31 October) and EUR 0.40 per person/night for adults and children aged 7 to 16. Children under 7 years: EUR 0.00 (1 November to 31 March).
