The apartment was renovated with a lot of heart in 2020 largely with natural materials and is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house in a residential area outside the town center in the health resort Übersee at the Chiemsee lake.

The approx. 75 sqm loft offers spacious space for 2 people. The stylish apartment has a spacious living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious south-facing balcony overlooking our local mountains.
The separate bedroom captivates with a local traditional modernity and provides a view of the Upper Bavarian starry sky with the option of shooting stars but also of complete blackout.
If you cross the hallway, you reach the bathroom.
All living rooms (except the bathroom and the hallway) are equipped with solid wood floors.

To connect with the outside world, Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available free of charge.
Washing machine/towels/dish towels and dish soap/bed linen and a car parking space in front of the house are also included in the price.
