A warm welcome! Our family-run guesthouse is situated in a quiet and idyllic location near the Tiroler Ache river and comprises 9 rooms and 1 apartment on different floors. A cosy lounge with TV is at your disposal. The comfortable rooms are new and furnished in country house style, have shower/WC and TV.  Small groups as well as families are welcome. Ideal starting point for bicycle tours and excursions in the region, be it by car, motorbike or bus and train. Public transport is nearby.

The cosy and comfortable holiday flat is equipped with a new separate fitted kitchen, the dining group and seating set with double sofa bed is harmoniously integrated in the living room incl. flat screen TV. The beautiful friendly double bedroom has a lot of natural wood. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Chiemgau mountains. Travel cot for babies available on request.

Conditions and extras
We offer you breakfast buffet, a garage for bikes, a sitting room and parking space near the house. You can bring you pets only on request. The house is suitable for disabled.
