Alt Zauche is not far from the beautiful and traditional town of Lübben. Here you can score with good gastronomy, weekly markets and cultural diversity, city tours, offers for children and many activities. Activities nearby: Of course you have to take a boat through the canals of the Spree in the Spreewald to experience the Hochwald, the heart of the Spreewald, in a relaxed way from the water. Start your tour directly from Alt Zauche, right on the edge of the beautiful Hoogelzen forest. You can also paddle the Spree yourself with a canoe. Also worth seeing is the castle island with its restaurants, the bistro Gurken-Paule and the boat harbor. Or enjoy a dip in the Spree Lagoon on warm days.
