The ample kitchen is equipped with a two-ring hob, a sink, a fridge, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cookware for two people. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The apartment is heated with district heating. Wi-Fi works everywhere in the apartment. The house has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.The apartment has direct access to a balcony with a view of the Trave estuary, which is obscured by trees in summer, but you can go right up to the roof terrace and enjoy a beautiful view from there over the bay, as well as sunbathe.
