Description

Your holiday apartment is charmingly furnished and is ideal for couples. It is in a newly built timber-framed house in Paditz, on the Pleisse River right opposite the Pleissen Bridge. Paditz, a little village about a ten-minute walk to the south of the town of Altenburg, exudes peace and quiet and features the fascinating Pleissental and the “Paditzer Schanzen” natural monument. The apartment with a separate entrance is very light and comfortably furnished and is classified as four-star. It has two floors totaling 55m² , as a personal retreat for two people. The living room-kitchen provides a comfortable sofa, with a directly adjoining open kitchen with a dining space. It is fully-equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Stairs lead up the sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm) and a view of greenery. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC and washing machine. All the rooms have under-floor heating. The garden is for your own exclusive use. It offers plenty of privacy, either for sunbathing, grilling or romantic hours as a couple. There is also a car parking space. The owners offer a range of services, such as a collections service from the Altenburg train station, fluffy bathrooms and slippers, fresh bread rolls and eggs at the weekend, fresh fruit as a welcome gift, as well as roofed bicycle stands and wireless Internet access. All of these services are free of charge. If you hear music in the twittering of birds, can’t get enough of seeing horses, are am enthusiastic hiker or bicycle freak, then this holiday apartment is the right choice for you. The town of Altenburg and the surrounding area offer a range of tourist attractions. Supermarkets such as Netto and Kaufland are about three kilometres away.
