Description

At the end of a small road, directly on the edge of the forest, our guesthouse Hölbinger Alm is enthroned with a unique panoramic view of the Salzburg valley and the Berchtesgaden mountains. Easily accessible from all directions, our house invites you to a varied stay. The former guest rooms of the Hölbinger Alm were converted into exclusive holiday flats in 2011. There are fully equipped flats available for families of 2 to 6 people and one with disabled access. A baby travel cot is available on request. In addition, the use of a general laundry room with washing machine and dryer is free of charge.

Our holiday flat "Jenner" is very spacious with 100 sqm and designed for 4 persons (max. 6 persons incl. sofa bed). The flat has two separate bedrooms, each of which is equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm). Open living with integrated large and comprehensively equipped kitchen and a cosy dining area in the bay leaves nothing to be desired. The daylight bathroom has a modern "double shower" with rain showers & glass wall and a double washbasin. The WC is separate. Washing machine and dryer are at your free disposal in the holiday flat. From the furnished balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view. The flat "Jenner" has a total of 2 balconies. You are welcome to use the garden - sun loungers and barbecue facilities are available. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.60 per person/night for adults; € 0.40 per person/night for children from the age of 9 up to the age of majority; children up to the age of 9, severely disabled persons with a disability of 50 % or more and persons travelling on business are exempt from paying the spa tax.
