Description

Our country house with 2 holiday flats is located on the Irlberg and 1 km from the centre of the village. The flats offer a wonderful mountain and panoramic view, are cosy and furnished with love. Interesting, well-known excursion destinations such as Königssee, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Chiemsee and much more are within easy reach. The ideal starting point for alpine and mountain hikes ensures that you won't get bored. A spacious garden with sunbathing lawn and a cosy garden house with barbecue facilities are available for relaxation. We are pleased if we have aroused your interest and welcome you most cordially.

The 76sqm non-smoking holiday flat with separate entrance has 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200), 1 bedroom with double bed (180x190), 1 bedroom separate beds (90x190, 90x200) an additional cot would be possible. In the living room (newly renovated in 2022) there is a large dining area and a sofa, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4-plate cooker, coffee maker). The first supply of bed linen, hand and bath towels and all additional costs as well as a garage are included. The wide balcony offers table and seating and the terrace is furnished with garden furniture. Sunbeds are available for the sunbathing lawn and there are swings for the little guests. We offer a bread roll service and a shopping service before arrival.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.60 per person/night for adults; € 0.40 per person/night for children from the age of 9 up to the age of majority; children up to the age of 9, severely disabled persons with a disability of 50 % or more and persons travelling on business are exempt from paying the spa tax.
